How to Install E Release

  1. Download the PocketWizard Utility for Windows or Mac to your computer.
  2. Install the PocketWizard Utility.
  3. Launch PocketWizard Utility.
  4. Connect your radio to your computer with a mini B to USB data cable.
  5. When the PocketWizard Utility program recognizes your radio, click the “Update Firmware” button.
  6. Select a firmware version in the “Paid Firmware – E Release” section.
  7. Enter your email address:
    • If you purchased a radio with the E release firmware, enter any email address to complete the license.
    • If you purchased the licenses separately, be sure to use the email address that was used at the time of purchase.
  8. Click the “Find and Apply License” button.
  9. Click the “OK” button.
  10. Allow the process to complete.
  11. Disconnect the radio.
