All documents apply to both FCC and CE radios unless otherwise specified. Look on the side or back of your PocketWizard radio to see whether it is the US (FCC) or CE (European) version. The radios usually operate the same but the frequency needs to match. An FCC radio cannot talk to a CE radio and vice versa.
