Orders ship every Monday or Tuesday, as long as the order is placed by 2 pm EST that day and the products are in stock.
Unless otherwise arranged, ALL shipments will be sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to use a different shipping method or have any questions about shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing your order. Total delivery time from placing an order until your package arrives is usually between 2 to 14 business days for domestic shipments and longer for international shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: due to issues stemming from the pandemic and general shipping industry issues, delivery times may be longer than usual, especially for international shipments. When your order is ready to ship, you should get a tracking number email. Save it! Use it to track your order’s progress. We will provide you with a tracking number but please note that USPS does not always offer detailed tracking. For international shipments, tracking may also be available through the local postal service. Shipping times are approximate and only for reference. International orders will also need to go through Customs. Customs can take as little as one day but typically takes about 3-5 days, though it can sometimes take weeks. We have found that shipping times have been much longer than usual, due to impacts from the Coronavirus and other shipping delays. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates for international shipping.

US & CANADA DELIVERY
We are currently shipping all PocketWizard products, including FCC frequency radios, to destinations within the United States and Canada.
We are currently only shipping parts and accessories to destinations outside the United States and Canada if your local distributor cannot fill your order. If you are outside North or South America, you will most likely need to use CE frequency radios, which are not sold on our site. If you are ordering from outside the United States or Canada and need help finding a local distributor, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We strongly encourage you to purchase from your local distributor to save time and costs on shipping and to support your local economy. Some shipping times have been much longer than usual. Your returned items need to be in like-new condition, with all pieces included (accessories, packaging, manuals, cards, etc.), and undamaged. Once we receive your return and verify it is in like-new condition, the refund amount will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the return amount to be processed (it will usually be much faster, but sometimes it isn’t). If your returned items are not like-new, or are damaged or missing parts, we will deduct a reasonable restocking fee from the refund to cover the cost to make it like-new again. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the shipping you may have paid when placing the original order. Our shop prices are based on US dollars. If you purchase from outside the US, your bank will determine the exchange rate. Please note, if you return an item, the exchange rate may not be the same. We can sell and return only in US currency and any variations are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your item arrives from us defective or you would like to exchange it for a different product, just contact us to get the process started. If you send in an item for an exchange, we’ll take care of it within 3-5 business days (plus shipping time). Please note: any damages caused by the shipping carrier should be reported immediately to the shipping carrier directly.
Our radios and accessories come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. If you register your radios online, you can extend that warranty period to 3 years for the radios.
